Leadership in the 21st century
It is easy to discuss and think about the concepts like leadership. It is okay because from past so many years it doesn't change a bit. But as technology over take so many aspect in our lives leadership has changed and called as a new 21st century leadership. To be effective and successful leaders now days must adopt new skills to be a leader in this era.
As change in leadership happened and technology overcome so many human activities style and approach towards employees also changed. Everyone has their own leadership style but some of them in 21st century are perfectly fit into that. Most commonly used leadership styles are
1. Servant - A leader who really truly care about needs of employees.
2. Innovative - A big picture thinkers who shake up things up to the desired outcome.
3. Pace setting - A visionaries who set the pace for entire industry accomplish impossible.
4. Charismatic - A leader who inspire people around them to greatness "lets do it together" attitude.
5. Laisse Faire - A leader who is excellent at delegating know how to communicate vision.
There are Certain reasons for what and why change in leadership happens those are:
Certain leadership quality never go out of style. The ability to connect with and inspire others makes for great leaders across generations. In this new world of adaptive leadership people aren't restricted to just one type of leadership. Though the qualities of a good leader don't change, the way we view leadership does and that's a good thing.

I really like that you have included the influence of technology on different leadership styles and I would like to know your perspective on what leadership style will suit this tech-friendly era the most ?

Companies are more open, accepting, and results focused than ever, allow leader to use their creativity in order to success. For this several leadership style are perfect for this situation like participative, transformational and transactional.
