Last week visit to Giapo ice cream parlour was very good experience overall. Ice creams over there are too good in taste and presentation as well. The way the staff were working form taking order to giving them to customers in-between processes are amazing to watch and I think perfection in that every little thing makes them popular and successful. I really like the way they are working and leader of that parlour Mr. Giapo himself working with them. I can literally smell the innovation in each part of the ice cream parlour. Interesting thing over there is their staff was also involved in all the innovative idea and he also mention that 90% of the ideas are coming from them only. That is an amazing thing to have in for this industry. These all little things make him and his venture different and innovative from others.
